  • Agreed that doesn’t look like Bedwell Cresent as the crescent was on a hill going down into Stevenage new town also as far as I can rennet only the 29 or 29a bus went up there so I too would like to know where this pic was taken x

    [I can confirm from personal familiarity with the area that this is indeed Bedwell Crescent. The terraces you see connect Bedwell Crescent to Vinters Avenue, just opposite the pub (now Poachers, then the Gamekeeper) at Bedwell shops (as nick says, below). Ed.]

  • When i was little kid there was a police call box roughly where the bus is, i can remember seeing the blue light blinking to call the beat pc from my bedroom in Exchange RD

  • Does anyone know where about on Bedwell Crescent this picture was taken ? Bedwell Crescent is not much of a flat area to have that sort of flooding so I am just a little surprised. Does anyone know that date when this happened ?
