  • I came across some steps and remains of a wall in Stith wood just behind the new mosque. Any idea what this was?

    [Perhaps you mean Sishes Wood? Asking for information about a non-existent place on a post with an aerial view of the whole town might not be the best way to learn something so particular. Ed.]

  • I am really impressed with this site and the way stevenage was when parts of stevenage were beginning to get developed.I have browsed this site and found out some thing’s I never knew.My two sisters and brother were bought up at the hyde.I always wondered how long had the oval been built.Now I know thanks to this site.I lived up that end for a few years and loved it.
