I was not born or bred here but have loved living in Stevenage for the last four years and one of my favourite places is Fairlands Valley Park. This site is a tribute to it and all those who enjoy it as much as I do….

I for one remember playing in Monks Wood and what is now FVP when it was a corn field, there was a small stream running through the bottom of the valley
