I went to Nobel school and I hated it, It was the most unhappy time in y life I still have nightmares about it now, So Large I felt lost, Lots of Bullying, Awful food in the school canteen,
The old Nobel school was at Ridgemond Park temporarily. Just across the path was a new build, Stevenage Assessment Centre, a large childrens home with a secure unit on site. Both buildings were demolished to build a housing estate although there is now a small childrens home called Woodside on the old assessment centre site.
I went to Ridgemond Park from August 1988 on a yts training course.The picture brings back happy memories.It was such a nice place.Love to meet up with friend who attended Ridgemond at the time.
